Nancy Chronister
Music Director
Nancy is responsible for planning and managing our music ministry. This includes selecting songs for worship services, running choir rehearsals, and collaborating with volunteer instrumentalists. She also manages music licensing, and instrument inventory and maintenance.

Emily Perl
Consistory President
Emily is a long-time member of First & St. Stephen's who currently serves as the president of our consistory (the governing board of the church). She is gratified to provide leadership at this time of transition for the church, and is excited about the new ways of "being church" that we are discovering together. Outside of church, Emily serves as Associate Vice President for Student Success at Goucher College and is proud of having raised her 23 year old daughter as a single parent. Taylor Ramage
Worship Team Chair
Taylor Ramage is the Worship Team Chair, organizing all of the roles that need to be filled for Sunday gatherings and developing processes for volunteers to rotate in and out of each role. She coordinates with Nancy Chronister to plan worship services and accompanies Nancy most weeks on electric or acoustic guitar. She also manages the church's online presence. Taylor works in wider UCC contexts, such as with the UCC Disabilities Ministries and the Colectivo de UCC Latinx Ministries. She is a storyteller in text, audio, and video.
