Assistant Music Director:
Since 2007, I have had the pleasure of performing as a soloist, section leader, and pianist at First & St. Stephen's United Church of Christ. I began my vocal training during at an early age, as an active participant in multiple choirs throughout my middle school and high school career. I continued my training in classical voice as I pursued my degree in music education at Towson University. Throughout my performance career, I have traveled the East Coast and internationally throughout Europe performing various styles of music. I am also a self-taught pianist with no formal training on the instrument; however, my skills have developed immensly over the years.
In addition to supplying music at First & St. Stephen's, I have been teaching K-5 Vocal General Music at Victory Villa Elementary, a Title I school in the Baltimore County Public School System, for the past nine years. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Music Education from Towson University in 2011 and I am currently working toward earning my Master’s of Science in Education with a concentration in curriculum and instruction from Peru State College.
